If you’ve been using Nginx, PHP or MySQL and recently migrated your project file into a new machine, you might get an error saying “Encryption: Unable to find an available encryption driver.”. These error usually appears when using revslider, CodeIgniter or any apps that uses an openSSL encryption functions.
The problem is the error do not appear on your error log files and determining the problem might be challenging. Fortunately, the problem is just some of your PHP extension is not enabled.
To fix this error, simply enable the OpenSSL extension in your server’s php.ini configuration file. Find and uncomment this line ;extension=openssl
and should like below.
extension=openssl
After that, restart your PHP and you should be fine.
